Solid Week for Yang in Hawaii
YE Yang will be pretty pleased with his first tournament of 2017, after a closing round 66, left him in a tie for 27th, at the PGA Tour Sony Open, in Hawaii. He has shown glimpses of his 2009 form on numerous occasions in recent years, but has struggled to get a consistent run of form going. Hopefully this week will help him put a string of solid performances together.
Yang remains on the reserve list for the HSBC Championship in Abu Dhabi, so it’s unsure until later this week, if he’ll tee it up there.
