Mixed Emotions for Korean Duo in Panama
The main positive for both Kyoung Hoon Lee and D.H. Lee is that they played weekend golf in Panama, after they both missed the cut last week. A top 40 finish for Kyoung Hoon, and a disastrous final round by D.H. sums up their contrasting weekend performances.
Kyoung Hoon Lee had a relatively solid week. He will be pretty pleased to finish T-37th , but knows that he has the potential to be challenging at these events. Maybe he is just taking some time to adapt. He should be performing at a much higher level, maybe he will progress as the season unfolds.

There’s nothing else to say but D.H. Lee had a nightmare final day. After opening up the week on an extremely positive note with a 66, Sunday could not have been more contrasting. His 82 included 6 bogeys, a treble and a 9 on a par 4, which resulted in his last place finish. It was certainly a week of mixed emotions for Lee, who needs to up his game pretty soon, or he will be facing Q-School again at the end of the year. The only other Korean in the field, Jin Park failed to make the cut.
The next Web.com event is over one month away, giving the trio the opportunity to improve their game and hopefully get into contention in Louisiana.
