Yang and Lee Secure Top 10 Finish in China 

It was a very solid week at the Volvo China Open for Korean duo Soomin Lee and YE Yang. Both entered the week in desperate need of a confidence boost and a vast improvement in recent performances; this was undoubtedly achieved this week.

Lee recovered well from the disappointment of receiving a penalty for apparent slow play, to secure a much needed top ten finish. This was his best result in a year, since his second at the Maekyung Open, which he will play in again next week.

YE Yang, the 2010 champion, rewound the clock somewhat, as he impressed throughout the week, which resulted in a T-6th finish- by far his best performance of the year so far. Onwards and upwards…
