JLPGA: Fifth For Jeon At The Nichirei Ladies Open
Mi Jeong Jeon finished as the highest ranked Korean this week at the Nichirei Ladies Open in Chiba, Japan. Her five under par final round, which was the best of the day, gave Jeon an aggregate score of six under par- just one shot off second place.
Jiyai Shin, who was looking for her fourth Nichirei Ladies Open title in a row finished tied seventh, alongside the consistent Hee Kyung Bae, who is getting closer to a victory it seems.
It was also a positive week for Bo Mee Lee, Nari Lee and Min Young Lee, as all the Lee’s finished side by side in tied eleventh!
Ha Neul Kim withdrew after her first round due to illness, but it’s nothing too serious.
