JLPGA: Positive Week For Bo Mee Lee With T-7th Finish

She may have been unsuccessful in her attempt to win the JLPGA Earth Mondahmin Cup three years running, but Bo Mee Lee will be pretty pleased with her T-7th finish this week. For two days in a row, Lee finished her final six holes four under par, which secured her only her third top ten finish of 2017. It’s a long way from her 2016 results, but could be the much needed boost she needs to kickstart her year.

Chae Young Yoon finished alongside Lee, after a final round 70 secured her best result of 2017.

Order of Merit leader Ha Neul Kim had a very up and down week with rounds of 66, 70, 76 and a closing 68 for a T-13th finish.

With most of the Japanese media focused on Shinae Ahn’s third JLPGA tournament of the season, she produced her best result to date in Japan. Rounds of 69, 70, 71 and 71 helped Ahn to a very credible T-16th finish, alongside Min Young Lee and Mi Jeong Jeon.
